Are these official Shopify triggers?＋
They use Shopify's official webhook and API surface, wired into Shopify Flow as first-class triggers. No reverse engineering - we use the public, supported APIs.
Can I trigger a Flow from what shoppers do on my storefront?＋
Yes. Storefront triggers are collected by a Shopify web pixel that the app installs for you when you switch one on, so there is no theme edit and nothing to paste. They cover product and collection views, cart changes, checkout started, searches, checkout errors and a rejected discount code.
How do storefront triggers handle consent and volume?＋
They respect your store's customer privacy settings. If a shopper has not given analytics consent the event is dropped in their browser and never reaches us, so it starts no workflow and uses none of your allowance. Storefront events are also much higher volume than admin events, so switch on only the ones a workflow actually uses.
What happens if Shopify changes the underlying webhook?＋
We track Shopify's API changelog and ship updates within days. Your existing Flows keep running, no breaking changes for you.
Can I filter triggers by tag, type, or other field?＋
Yes. Every trigger ships with native Shopify Flow conditions. Filter on any payload field directly inside the Flow editor.
Where are events processed?＋
On Google Cloud in the EU (europe-west1, Belgium), encrypted at rest with Google Cloud KMS. No data leaves Europe.
Is the app GDPR-compliant?＋
Yes. EU-only residency, and a signed DPA is available. The storefront pixel is consent-gated, sets no advertising cookies and does no cross-site tracking. No third-party tracking on this site.
Can I build a trigger the app does not have?＋
Yes. Custom triggers let you write the trigger logic in JavaScript or TypeScript and use it in Flow like any other trigger. Every execution counts toward your plan's events.
